Tom is a partner with London Witte & Company, LLP where he oversees the firm’s Management Advisory Services. As an international lecturer, educator and business consultant, Tom’s passion is helping clients succeed. He has conducted seminars and management training for more than 100,000 people. His areas of focus include: managing changes in the workplace, employee recruitment and retention strategies, succession planning and maximizing executive performance.
As a retired professor from Indiana University, Tom enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. He’s delivered speeches to more than 80 major associations over the years. Among his favorite topics, “Managing the Change Transition” and “Change is Inevitable, Long Term Misery is Optional”.
Tom is the executive director of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) National Transportation Leadership Institute; director of the AASHTO Advanced Leadership Institute; and the director of the Indiana Hospital & Healthcare Association Management Institute.
He also served as the director of the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) Executive Education Program. Under his leadership, the Executive Education Program became the largest public sector program of its kind in the U.S.
After graduating from St. Benedict’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Tom earned a Master of Science degree in Economics and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
